I am the mother of three beautiful children, one of which has a rare syndrome whom Western medicine struggled to serve. I am committed to learning about holistic health practices and strive to bridge the gap between those & Western medicine. Understanding the connection between body, mind, and spirit is critical. I see the way that stress manifests in the body and know how important a positive mindset, support, and expertise are to true health and wellness.
