With more than 35 years of nursing experience and 6 years as a nurse life coach, Jamie Murphy has dedicated her career to caring for others and helping people feel empowered in their health and wellness journeys.

Jamie’s passion for holistic wellness is deeply personal. As a mother of three, her family’s own health experiences opened her eyes to the importance of looking at the whole person—not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. This journey inspired her to continue learning about complementary wellness practices and explore ways to support the connection between the body, mind, and overall well-being.

Throughout her nursing career, Jamie has witnessed how stress, lifestyle, emotional health, and physical wellness are all interconnected. She believes compassionate care begins with listening, understanding each individual’s needs, and creating a personalized approach that supports the person as a whole.
